We are testing MPE 2 and for some reason individuals that join a meeting have permissions as moderator and not participants. We are unable to locate a setting that limits the type of attendee. Where should we look for this setting?
Individuals that join the MPE meetings are guests or profiled users?
Please check if the Type of user setting under the guest or profiled user is "End User" or "Administartor". Attached is the screen capture of how to change this setting. You can also create a new group with required permissions and then add all the guest profiles with minimal priveleges to this group.
