Partitioning is based on number of "logical" disks. With Raid Type 1(1+0) two  logical drives are created on each pair of hard drives.

CUCM 6.0 Disk  Partition Size
1 disk  - Active and Inactive partitions get 18.25%,  boot/swap get a chunk (2.2MB) and Common gets the rest.
2 disk  - Active and  Inactive partitions get 25%, boot/swap get a chunk (2.2MB), spare gets rest of  disk 1 and common gets all of second disk.

CUCM 5.0 Disk Partition Size
1 disk - 12.2GB for Active/Inactive, 2.2MB for swap/boot and common gets the  rest.
2 disk - 12.2GB for Active/Inactive, 2.2MB for swap/boot and common  gets all of disk 2.
