    Unable to log into Cisco Finesse Agent Desktop

      I'm getting the following error when I try to log into Cisco finesse agent desktop from Cisco DevNet UCCX Sandbox Environment

       

      "The device associated with that extension or dial number is invalid."

       

      Document says, I should be logged into Cisco Jabber Client before I can log into Finesse. But where do I download the Cisco Jabber Client for Mac.

       

      I found the below download link for Jabber Mac but it says I'm not authorized to download it. Please help.
