I reserved Contact Center Enterprise sandbox session and now it is active. I also received email with IP Address and credentials. I downloaded "Cisco AnyConnect Secure mobility client" as instructed and installed on my windows machine. When i am trying to connect, it is giving me error "Connection attempt has timed out. Please verift internet connectivity." and unable to connect to reserved session.

Please help to check and advise what needs to be done.
I took a look at our active reservations and it doesn't seem that you currently have a Contact Center Enterprise lab currently reserved. Could you please send me your DevNet username so I check if you have any active reservations?
