Issue with Presence 7.0

Hello Community,


i have an issue with Unified Presence 7.0 and Communications Manger 6.1:

Everything is configured and also system troubleshooter says that everyting is okay (exept that voicemail and conferencing have no configured profiles and that not every profiles has users assigned).

But there is a profile with users assigned.

When i trie to log on to personal communicator with my testuser it says that i should check username and password. We have AD integration in communications manager and the password is working for windows and also for communications manager user website. THe user is listed in presence too and i have assigned him to a CTI Gateway profile.


So username/password are correct for sure. What other can be the issue? What shall i check?
