I’ve been able to resolve by opening Jabber before launching the Finesse desktop.
Next step is to deploy some physical phones in my lab for testing.
Can you help me with this ? I am also facing the same issue ?
The Finesse desktop will launch successfully IF Jabber is running.
Not sure why there is this dependency.
When accessing the Finesse Desktops receive the following error:
Sign In Error - The device associated with that extension or dial number is invalid
The following solutions appear to be relevant but can't find the pages associated with the resolution.
