Finesse is a part of the On-Premise call center solutions Cisco offers, Unified Contact Center Express, Packaged Contact Center Enterprise and Unified Contact Center Enterprise. These three offerings are sized small, medium and large respectively. The three systems offer a wide range of features and functionalities depending on the business need. Finesse can be a component of each, which provides a web based desktop for agents and supervisors in the call center.
This "desktop" is used to handle calls, chat messages, emails, and tons of features queued up by the contact center system. Finesse is packed with a set of APIs that allow integration with many other systems, while also leveraging a plethora of call information. I want to try CISCO Finesse, I was working on www.twilio.com, Is the CISCO Finesse working the same way, Can I use the CISCO Finesse as alternate to ww.twilio.com,If yes why there is no seperate website for CISCO Finesse. How can I login to CISCO Finesse and try to integrate with existing application.Please help me to understand this.
