    Changed my email address now the sandbox doesn't send connection information



      I changed my email address for my cisco account (jamesrsantiago) yesterday and was able to confirm the address.  I can see the updated address in devnet too.  However, when I start a sandbox I don't receive the starting and connection information emails.  Is there something special I need to do to sync up my email with the sandbox?
