I reserved the Collaboration 11.0 sandbox for a 3 hour period. Shortly after the 2 hour mark the RDP session lost connection. Attempts to reach the other administrative screens failed. I attempted to disconnect and reconnect to the VPN. I was unable to for about 10 minutes. I'm reconnected to the VPN but attempts to load the CUCM Publisher administration page via the link at https://devnetsandboxlabs.cisco.com/index.html brings me to an error page with the below message:
Unable to connect to server 10.10.20.1 .
The server may not exist, or access to it may not be allowed.
Attempts to connect to the RDP fail to connect.

By this stage, your reservation will have expired and the VMs deleted. Can you book another Collaboration 11.0 lab for 3-4 days this time?
