Is it possible to have CTIOS Supervisor Desktop (CSD) connected to CTIOS server in “monitor mode” of CTIOS and eliminate the need of phone (Instrument ID) for supervisor to login. If yes, then any reference for Supervisor desktop CTIOS Toolkit customization would really help.
Following functions are desired on CSD in monitor mode:
- Team agent statistics
- Team agent state
- Skill group statistics
- Change agent state
