I saw that you retried and it failed again. However I believe we've now identified and corrected the issue. If you try once more I expect it will work.

I wanted to give the collaboration lab in the cloud a whirl today. So I created one.. up until the provisioning stage, everything went well, I get the email with an ETA and all.
And then, the lab status turned "Active (with error)". Looking at the activity feed, all I se is
'Setup' environment command on 'Collaboration 1...' failed with 'VM Provision Failure' error.
And, the second mail with the VPN credentials never came. I suppose one has to do with the other. And now even though at this point I don't need CIMP yet, I can't access the CUCM to get started with my work.
What can I do here? Cancel reservation and try again?
