No devices currently found in Device Inventory, would you like to begin a Discovery?

At the documentation state this:

  • You cannot perform automated discovery of network devices. However, the APIC-EM database in the lab is pre-populated with the results of a previous network scan, so you can still interact with most other features of the Cisco APIC-EM as if it were deployed on a physical network.

But when you need to see the Topology inside APIC-EM you get the above request.

Filling up all the Discovery INformation given the "START Discovery" button still not accessible.

 

What is wrong?
