for CUCM-only deployment models, what information about agent status can REM provide?
Feature required is to show to the end customer if one given agent is:
1- Logged into REM
2- Already answering one call
Both are available.
How can this be shown to the end customer (not to the agent)? I there any API? Customer wants to show agente availability in his web site, before users click to have video.
As per your question on the other REM forum:
Agent availability would come from some API exposed by the contact centre - possibly executing an ICM script.
