Can't not connect to sandbox collaboration9.1

Dear Support

Our company Eceptionist has integrated with your Jabber solution. We need to demo this integration to our clients. I made a reservation in your sandbox collaboration9.1. I created several users (Agent.Yvonne, Agent.Call, Admin.Optum) through API ( I can see these users in CUCM but I am not able to use these users to connect to the server or log in to  Would you please look into this issue for us?
