I am looking to see if this is possible by using a REST API web call to Contact Center from a script or some other method. My script has a need to attempt to connect to a specific agent, if that agent is unavailable, I'd like to query Contact Center to determine what Team that agent is associated with. Based on the results from that query, the call will be assigned to a specific queue.
Any insight on how to accomplish getting the team name, especially a code example or reference web site, would be much appreciated. Thanks.
