CCX API for AMS360 Call Pop-up

Cisco discontinued their integration for AMS360 a couple years back and I have a customer that is in need of an API of some sort that allows a screen pop with customer data based off of the incoming ANI for the caller.

 

Basically call comes in > Cisco Finesse would normally pop with caller ID but rather we need AMS360 application to pop with this data

 

Any thoughts on where to go even in Devnet to even request support or am I in the right area? T
