I am dealing with a customer PoC and trying to send attached data to the Finesse screen. I am setting the UUI field on the consumer side and I am seeing from the CVP logs that this information is reaching to the CVP side correctly.
However, based on the logs, when I start an assist session from the consumer side, the first SIP Invite message is coming from CVP to REAS. Then, REAS is responsing with 200 OK and setting the UUI at this time. The problem is that I cannot find a way to read this data on CVP side (UUI field in a SIP 200 OK message). If the first SIP Invite message came from REAS to CVP, then I would have easily read the UUI field.
Appreciate if anyone can comment on how to accomplish this.
