    CUCM 10.5 - Billing application server receiving CDR but not CMR


      I have a Collaboration 10.5 sandbox lab setup. I have two Jabber clients running and making calls to each other. In the UCM I setup my desktop as the Billing application server. I went into the Call Manager's service parameters and enabled CDR and Call Diagnostics (regardless of CDR option).


      When I make a call between the two clients, I receive the CDR file, but not the corresponding CMR file.


      Can anyone point me in the right direction?
