Unable to connect to sandbox using AnyConnect VPN

I setup a Collaboration 10.5 sandbox yesterday afternoon. I downloaded and installed the AnyConnect VPN client linked to from the setup email. Whenever I attempt to connect to, I revceive the following messages in the log.

[2/3/2016 9:13:27 AM] Contacting

[2/3/2016 9:13:27 AM] Connection attempt has failed.

[2/3/2016 9:13:28 AM] No valid certificates available for authentication.

[2/3/2016 9:13:29 AM] Connection attempt has failed.


I am using AnyConnect 3.1.09013 on Windows 8.1.


Please assist.
