PhoneNumber in CMX reports

I create the report from CMXv10 users authentificated in "Connect and Engage" module. For example users who succesfully login via SMS-portal.

I exported list of users via the Advanced Search option on admin UI to a CSV file. But I can't find the number of customer mobile phone in downloaded CSV.

The "Phone Number" field is present in CSV-file, but it is empty though the user sent the SMS and was successfully registered on the phone number.

I found connect user data stored in Redis 6382. There data of phone number are present, but in the CSV-file isn't present.
