    Contact center can not change status using Finesse REST API

      I´m trying to change user status in CISCO LAB (contact center) by sending xml message: <User><state>READY</state></User> to http://10.10.20.60/finesse/api/User/1000 but the status is not updated! I´m able to get status info with sucess using the rest API but not able to change it...
