currently i have the problem that curri send request to my server an accepts responses. But it does not do anything. There is no change in callednumber for example. Can anybody tell me howto get CURRI logs?
I have already tried rtmt to get the traces but when i select Collect Files > Call Manager > Cisco External Call Control Service he tells me that there are no log files although traces are enabled for Cisco External Call Control Service.
I have although restarted the cucm...
