please login to the switch the host(.82) is connected and see if ip device tracking is enabled for the host port. 10.10.30.98 is offline. we can check host .98 and see if it can be enabled. also u could check the configuration and see if there is an ACL policy active that is blocking traffic to the host. to do this check the switch that the host is connected too. let me know the results of your test and we can review the lab if ur still seeing an issue.
