unable to access an IVT reserved lab!

Dear Sir,


We have a problem accessing IVT lab, when press on “Go to the labs” button in it keeps reloading the same page!

This is an urgent issue we have IVR test lab reservation within 12 hours from now, your prompt action is highly appreciated
