Finesse on UCCX 11.x
Customer use CRM integrated with Finesse.
1.Agent login finesse desktop ,SSO with CRM.
2.Call arrived to agent. Variables from IVR Script passed to CRM and query customer information for popup screen on CRM page.
3.Call finish and hang up. Agent status change to ready but agent process on a CRM page is not finish.
4.New call arrived to an agent. They want to create a new tab.
How to create a new tab on finesse desktop when an action "When a Call arrived"
have any solution , please recommend.
