    Integrating Cisco ACD into application

      Hi,

       

      I am a developer researching how to integrate Cisco ACD into my company’s application.  Our application currently routes a screen pop to our proprietary stand-alone exe on the agent’s computer.  The agent selects the screen pop and then connects to the call via SIP.  I have provided an over-simplified view of our app now and integration with Cisco ACD.

       

      We currently have a CUCM version 7.1.3.10000-11.  From what I researched this provides very little call distribution capabilities.  Would the current version of CUCM be sufficient for prototyping?

       

      Can I prototype this integration using the Cisco Sandbox?  What API/SDK's would I need? 

       

      Any help in getting started would be greatly appreciated.
