Missing "Lab Network Address" URL from Dedicated Collaboration Labs email

Hi Sandbox Users,


We are experiencing an intermittent  issue with our Collaboration 10.5, 9.1 and jabber guest dedicated labs. On some occasions, the email sent at the start of a session does not contain the Lab Network Address URL. You will see NA in this field as shown below.


  • Your Lab's private VPN connection information:
  • Lab Network Address: NA
  • Username: XXXXXX
  • Password: XXXXXX

If you do come across this issue, please let us know by replying to this thread.


We are currently troubleshooting this and hope to have a resolution very soon.
