    Unable to connect to VPN using Cisco Anyconnect

      Hello,

      When I tried to connect to the LAB using the browser it hanged on downloading the client , so it asked to download and setup manually.

      After I set up the anyconnect client and entered the URL sent by the reservation, it fails with the flowing errors :

       

      [02/04/2015 15:48:44] Contacting 64.103.37.21.

      [02/04/2015 15:48:48] Connection attempt has failed.

      [02/04/2015 15:48:50] Connection attempt has failed.

      [02/04/2015 15:48:51] Connection attempt has failed.

      [02/04/2015 15:49:04] Connection attempt has failed.

      [02/04/2015 15:49:04] No valid certificates available for authentication.

      [02/04/2015 15:49:06] Connection attempt has failed.

       

      Moreover, I can't ping 64.103.37.21

       

      How can I solve the issue ?
