I have a customer that calls out to its employees for notifications and assignments. The problem I'm running into, is that when a specific contact number is called via the IVR campaign, it can't be called again due to the way the outbound dialer records 'closed contacts'. All closed contacts are only purged at midnight. I need a way to clear the closed contact specifically on a per match basis. They have up to 90 call outs a day, some overlapping, so I can't just 'Delete all contacts' and re-enable the campaign.
