we have Seibel CRM integrated with CTI, and the customer needs to display number dialed by cusomer along with/instead the caller ID in the Siebel-toolbar.
Hope this is what you are looking for. when a call arrives and is answered by an agent as mentioned in the example assume screen pop uses the customer account number passed in the call variable.
