Unable to Connect using anyconnect

When i tried to connect to the LAB using the browser it hanged on downloading the client , so it asked to download and setup manually ,

After i set up the anyconnect client and entered the URL sent by the reservation, it fails with the flowing errors

Although i can ping it form the PC

C:\Users\XXXXXXX>ping 64.103.37.21
