m using "JabberSDK-voice-video-WebVersion9.2_MR6" downloaded from cisco developer website.
the situation is i sign in the "sample.html" and connect my CSF device, everthing is ok.
but its only showed at the first.
when i logout, i had never signin again. i receive an error "eUnknownFailure" in firebug.
then i register a new account, change another computer. it also happens.
This could happen if the DNS is unable to resolve the host name . Can you please clear the cache and try again.
Since you have tried from another machine i think its not the problem.
