We have at our customer end CUCME v8.6 and UCCX 8.5 Standard License.
None of the call control functionality like Hold, Answer, End are working. We are getting following error:
Text:Hold Call - ICDJasminCallControlChannel (hold); nested exception is:
java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException: hold is not supported.
Will our 3rd party call control application build on ExpressCTI protocol will work with CUCME? or CUCME does not have support for 3rd party call control?
