I am uploading Contacts to campaign using uccx 10.5 rest api. It works fine. all contacts are sending to dialer. after the call is completed contacts are cleared from dialer. I need some classrifications
1. How to Get list of completed Calls/answered Calls. ( based on my understanding after completing the outbound call the list is cleared from uccx campaign contacts).
2. how to Get the list of contacts for rescheduling ( customer not attended this call , busy , Callback ).
I am using Fineese agent desktop.

Login to the CUIC and run the historical reports for Agent Outbound Campaign Summary Report and Preview Outbound Campaign Summary Report for the details.
