Does the DX650 mark video traffic coming out of the phone when it is on a video call as AF41? I am only seeing EF markings.
Check this WLAN deployment guide out under Quality of Service Section (you may not be using Wireless but same QoS settings should apply on LAN I would think)
Thanks for the informaion. Is there a setting in the service parameters on the CUCM to tell the phone to mark the packets for video? I think that may be my problem.
