Avaya Phone integration issue

We have CUCM 8.6 ,We add the AVAYA 1230 and Nortel 2004 IP phones to CUCM as third party SIP phones ,When login from the Avaya 1230 Ip phone we are getting error "Failed to login to server ,Error 404" .User id used is the ID we have associated with Avaya phone and PIN .The User ID and password is currect only.
