Hi,
Can we setup a router with CME/SRST license, to act as an SRST router for 2 seperate CUCMs (Not a cluster) communicating through a single gateway?
In other words I have two networks with each a seperate CUCM 8.5. They both share a single gateway to communicate to a PSTN network and to talk to each other (Phones registered with cucm1 use the gateway to talk to phones registered with cucm2). I would like to know if I can setup a new router (other than the gateway) with the appropriate licenses to act as a SRST for both networks?
Thanks in advance

Ihssan,
If you look at how SRST works, there is no tie in between SRST and CUCM. SRST is purely a reciever of phone registrations when a phone has lost contact with their primary call control. So yes, you can have all phones at a site register with SRST locally irrespective of the phone's CUCM registration. But you should be aware that there will be no separation of the devices that register. This means that from the SRST perspective, all phone will be on a single SRST call control (meaning no class of service differentiaions between phones).
If you want separation of SRST call control for each registration, then you will need 2 different routers with 2 different SRST references in each of the CUCM's.
