Can anybody explain me what all applications are included into this BOQ is this CUCM or Contact center express solution (Ex: cucm,cuc,meetingplace,presence,contact center express) and which part number is for user license.I highly appreciate if some one could help me out.

CUWL PRO includes CCM and CCX STD licenses are at the ratio of 25:1. Also the way you are doing this quote assumes 8.X. For 9.0 it is CUWL-PRO-K9 top level SKU
