How do we get the system to pass on the caller id information when a call goes to voice mail? TAC said a custom script had to be written to accomplish this.

The Cisco Support Community (https://supportforums.cisco.com/index.jspa) should be able to help you with a custom script and documentation necessary to resolve your needs.
