I have a client looking for an cisco Ip Tlephony solution in their company for 10000 users based on this requirement i have requested for the MCS7845I3-K9-CMD1, MCS7845I3-K9-UCC1 with cucm8.6 ,cisco unity connection 8.6 i would like to know the best design for this many users i am prifering this server because i reade in the CUCM8.6 documentation that this model server supports upto 10000 OVA equivalent or Maximum endpoint per server/OVA Template so 1pub ,1 sub is enough or 1 pub/TFTP 2 sub i will be very much thankful for your quick response. thanks in advance..
Which model of UCS server i have to select or prefer as per this requirement as i am new to UCS and also can u please provide me the list of how many servers that each UCS server support i mean capcity and also admin guide links.Thanks in advance.
It's a loaded question, one can start at tools.cisco.com/cucst and that will help you size your cluster. If let's say you need 1 PUB, 2 TFTP a couple of SUB, then look at the docwiki site
http://docwiki.cisco.com/wiki/Unified_Communications_Virtualization_Downloads_(including_OVA/OVF_Templates) and based on the applications you are choosing spread them across your UCS servers for redundancy. The site is a good starting point for that.
You have B series, C210, C210 with 12 core that can fit more applications, C260 and so on. There is also spec based, the link above has the information you need

One more question How many Voice gateways do i require for 10000 users? i have seleceted CISCO3945-V/K9 is this sufficient for this many users or else i need to have around 6 CISCO3945-V/K9 voice gateways.
That would be based on many factors such as trunks termination needs(PRI/SIP/FXO/FXS), SRST count, transcoding/conferencing needs, WAN termination if happening on the same device and of course load balancing/redundancy. Based on that the right device needs to be selected.

You need to look at UCS not mcs servers since the ova templates you refer to apply to those models not mcs servers
