Cisco Unity Express - Saving Lives

My colleague LeAnne Schrotzberger posted a great blog entry over on our Collaboration blog space: In the story, a fire chief was able to get immediate notification of a voice message left at the fire house (via Cisco Unity Express), listen to the message, take action, and save the couple that left the message from a potentially deadly situation.  Seems like Unity Express saved the day!


How many of you use the message notification features or call forwarding features that are included in our Cisco Unity Express, Unity Connection or Unity solutions?  Has that feature ever made a big difference in your day, like it did in the case of the fire chief?  Share your story here!
