Cisco 9951 and Unity

Dear all,


I have problem with Cisco 9951 and Unity on latest CUCM 8.6.2.

When phone have enabled Video Capabilities there is no sound when connected to Unity and CCX.

When I disable Video Capabilities (Cisco Camera can be enabled all the time) everything is working.


Before migration to 8.6.2 (from 8.5) it was working correctly.


Any idea what is wrong or there is some new additional setting ?


EDIT: When Video Capabilities are enabled on CUCM Phone Configuration page but disabled in Preferences on phone itself connection to Unity and CCX works
