CUCM BE Upgrade 6.1 -> 8.x

     Hi all!

 

Our client want to upgrade their BE 6.1 to latest version.

So... Now they have:

Unified  Communication Manager 6.X - Bus Ed - Top Leve (CUCM6-BEl : Unified CM BE, 7828-H3 appliance, 50 seats

What P/N I must use to calculate upgrade for BE?

What ways have client? I see two variants.

1. Migrate to BE 5000.

2. Migrate to separete CUCM and UCN.
