Have someone trying to open a voicemail from within CUCI-Lync 8.5 and get the following error showing up.
From within Communicator and configuring voice and video, all audi works fine. Any thoughts?

We will need to see a problem report file for this issue. Can you please change the logging level to "Verbose" in the options screeen, restart the client and then recreate the issue. Once you have done this plesae create a PRT which is located on the tools menu in MOC. A ZIP file will be created on your desktop which will allow us to further investigate the issue.

I'm having the same problem with CUCI Lync 8.5(5)
The "solution" to my problem was that our voice mail codec (GSM) is not supported by the player. According to Cisco the supported codecs are G.711a, G.711u and G.729a. So I guess if you use another codec like us, you either have to switch or are out of luck.
