Is it possible to use tcl script on CUBE for voice recording annuncement?
If you are asking, can you have a TCL script that plays a prompt before a call is started that says something like "Please note this call will be recorded for quality monitoring " and then the call proceeds....Yes this is possible.
The TCL programmers guide give examples of playing our prompts.
The one recommendation to start things easy is to use one of the prepaid calling card or other scripts as a guide and stick with G711.
That should make it easier to get you first script completed.
Cisco Advanced services can also be contracted to provide this solution.
This I am looking for.
Call A to B. A-->IVR(answer --> play announcement -->call forward to B) -->B
Which is calling number on the B IP phone after announcement (A num. or IVR number)?
Is it possible that calling is A?
Yes it is possible for A-call B.
When you do this, the calling number of B phone can be either A or IVR.
The default would be IVR , to get it to be A you would have to make sure to set the right variables that are used to create the outbound message to use A as the calling number.
It is definately possible that the calling number presented to B is A.
The behaviour would be different depending on it the call to B was via TDM PRI setup of a SIP INVITE.
