Cucimoc CSF cache troubleshoot

Hello to everybodoy.

 

I have detected that when I modify some data of our contacts in Active Directory like Full Name, Login Name or mail address, the CSF cache of CUCIMOC doesn't refresh properly. CUCIMOC detects duplicate contacts and show a window to select what is the correct user.

 

Is there anyway to delete or refresh the CUCIMOC cache? I tried to reset conversation panel service and reboot the computer but the duplicate contact (old and new) still exists.

 

My CUCIMOC version is  7.1(1281.8320) and my version of CSF is 7.1(5)-1.10.0.
