Cisco Unified IP Phone 6901 and 6911 Online Interactive Models Now Available!

Discussion created by kimcneil on Apr 13, 2010

For those of you in the who have interest in the IP Phones 6900 Series, we've added interactive online models, available to you via Cisco.com, for the IP Phone 6901 and IP Phone 6911 endpoints and these are now live!

These interactive models are free-to-view and enable you to take a closer, three-dimensional look at all of the endpoints within the 6900 Series portfolio, including the newly announced 6901 and 6911 endpoints. These interactive models are particularly useful if you aren't able to travel to an Executive Briefing Center or have access to Demo Remotes through your Cisco representative or Cisco authorized channel partner, but have interest in taking a closer look at the IP Phones 6900 Series.

The IP Phone 6911 is orderable and is shipping now. This single line endpoint is designed for lighter commnunication settings where there is the desire to collocate a PC using the 6911's IEEE 10/100 integrated switch ports. Other notable features of the IP Phone 6911 include full duplex speakerphone capability and fixed keys for common telephony functions including hold, conference, transfer, messaging, redial and call waiting. Examples of deployment settings include classrooms, libraries, teleworkers (with lighter communication requirements) to name a few.

The IP Phone 6901, targeted for availability in late April 2010, is a single line endpoint that offers a trim-line like ergonomic design and is suited for occasional use settings such as lobbies, hallways, cafeterias or other common area settings. The IP Phone 6901 offers fixed keys for hold and redial and offers a tri-color LED line key for call status indication at-a-glance.

You can find all online interactive models of the IP Phones 6900 Series here (note this will take you out from the community onto Cisco.com so be sure to return!)
