Cisco Unified Call Manager Express or Cisco Unified Com Business Ed.

My current environment consists of approx 100 phones and 150 VM boxes.  I don't currently see the advantages of deploying the Business Edition over Unified Call Manager Express.  The only and most important unified communications feature we use is voice mail to e-mail.  Could there be something I'm overlooking in the business edition that would make this product a better fit for my current needs.  Thanks.
