Hi. Anyone have a solution to fix the Attendant Console app "freezes" that occurs in vers. 5.x & 6.x?
I have tried the same apps on both a Windows XP and Windows 7 computer. Both incur the same freeze problems.
Have spoken with Cisco support tech as well.
Are you using the free Communications Manager Attendant Console that ships with CUCM, or are you using one of the new Cisco Unified Attendant Console (CUBAC, CUDAC or CUEAC) products?
I have just installed cudac 8.6. with cucmbe 5000 and operators are also complaining about the console freezing sometime when they get an incoming call. Any ideas on why this is happening?
I have posted this in the arc forum and Cisco support forum but have not had any satisfactory anwers.
I am reluctant to open a tac case as it seems other previously have and have not had any answers.
Plus tac cases have an effect on our Gold partner status.
