The Cisco Hosted Collaboration Solution (HCS) Community on Bloomfire is no longer being updated and will retire in April 2016.  As a result, Cisco is transitioning its members to a new HCS community located on Cisco.com. 

 

This new Cisco HCS community is a private community designed specifically for our HCS partners to learn about HCS and to engage with Cisco experts as well as other HCS partners.  You will also find the latest information on sales and product resources and can easily access other Cisco communities and websites.

 

To join, you will need to register.  The process is below:

Step 1 – Cisco.com ID: You must have a Cisco.com ID to join the HCS Community on Cisco.com

  • If you already have a Cisco.com ID, go to Step 2
  • If you are a Cisco employee, go to Step 4
  • If you do NOT have a Cisco.com ID:
    • Click here to create an account. This will take about 5 minutes.
    • IMPORTANT: After creating your account, you will receive a system generated activation email from Cisco. You must click the activation link in this email for the system to recognize your ID.
    • Wait 10-15 minutes for your new ID to propagate in the Cisco.com system.
    • Go to Step 2

Step 2 – Visit the Cisco Collaboration Partner Community Page and Log In

  • Click here to visit Cisco Collaboration Partner Community page (note that this is NOT the Cisco HCS Partner Community)
  • Log in with your Cisco.com ID and password.
  • Do NOT skip this step as it is an important part of the process.

Step 3 – Join the Cisco HCS Partner Community

  • Email your name, company name and Cisco.com ID to hcs-community-access@cisco.comPut "HCS Community Access Request" in the subject line.    
  • Please give 24-48 hours for access. 

Step 4 – Visit and bookmark the Cisco HCS Partner Community
